10 Upcoming TV Shows That Are Already Doomed

2. Daredevil: Born Again

Daredevil: Born Again is yet another Marvel Cinematic Universe show that's suffered from major behind-the-scenes issues.

For though it filmed for several months prior to the Hollywood strikes last year, the pause in production caused Marvel Studios to reconsider the creative direction of the series, at which point the head writers were dismissed, with the studio seeking new filmmakers to craft a new vision.

Less than half of the show's 18 episodes had reportedly been shot, and while some filmed material will be used in the new iteration, it's also expected that much of it will be tossed out.

Moon Knight directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead have since been hired to helm most of the new material, which will apparently begin filming within a matter of weeks.

Though worrying rumours indicated that the original version of the show killed Daredevil's (Charlie Cox) pals Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson) and Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) off-screen, it's since been mercifully reported that they will indeed be back for this new take.

All the same, such a vast creative overhaul isn't exactly a good sign, and though this is certainly better than just forging ahead with a project that isn't working, it also doesn't inspire much confidence about the already-shaky creative oversight at Marvel Studios.
