10 Upcoming TV Shows That Won't Be An Easy Watch

Gangs of London was one of 2020's greatest shows, with The Raid filmmaker Gareth Evans delivering a deliriously action-packed, shamelessly pulpy crime yarn for the small screen.

The series is finally back for a second go-around, and from what the trailers have shown us, it looks like season two is going to seriously up the ante where the violence is concerned - which given the brutality of season one is really saying something.

Needless to say, those with a queasy disposition will surely want to give this a miss, with the grisly red band trailer showing off countless sequences of savage murder and bodily destruction.

Corin Hardy, who directed half of the second season's episodes, recently talked-up the ultra-violence fans can expect:

"Some of this stuff, you plan it, you choreograph it, you storyboard it, pre-viz it, shoot it with stuntmen and actors, edit it, and by the time you've got your final sequence, only then do you see what you've made... And I sat back and watched it and thought, 'I've gone too far this time.'"

Needless to say, this probably isn't a season of TV you'll want to watch with your dinner.

Gangs of London season 2 premieres in the UK on October 20 and the US on November 17.
