11 TV Characters Killed Off Far Too Soon

Teen Wolf is a show rife with great character arcs. Full of death and emotion, there are plenty of moments when the show kills off major characters (though many don't stay dead). Donovan Donati wasn't a major character. Rather, he was a brief villain who had it out for the town sheriff, and once he was turned into a vicious killer he decided to ruin Stilinkski's life by going after his son, Stiles.

In the confrontation that followed, Stiles managed to get the better of his attacker, and Donovan was left dead, impaled by loose scaffolding. The rest of this arc is focused on Stiles trying to proclaim his innocence to Scott, who has been led to believe that Stiles killed Donovan in a brutal and senseless attack rather than in self-defence.

Though this rift in the guys' friendship makes for some very emotional and gripping scenes, it would have been brilliant to see Donovan stick around a little bit longer. Or, better yet, be revived by psychopathic villain Theo later in the season, so Stiles and Scott could come to terms with what Stiles had done. It would have made for even more amazing moments, but unfortunately, unlike many others, Donovan's death proves permanent.
