12 Most Powerful Superhero TV Show Villains Of All Time

7. Brainiac - Krypton

Big Bad Wolfe Eddie Izzard
Syfy

Another one of DC’s most famous antagonists, Brainiac popped back onto screens in Syfy’s Krptyon. The show in general was pretty good and, if nothing else, was rather underrated. One of the reasons it did click with fans was the bad guys.

Brainiac, in all his Collector of Worlds glory, is immediately presented as a massive threat that the audience can buy into. The guy was a living universal scale supercomputer. His advanced brain and processing power meant he understood and knew the moves of most of his enemies, before they had even thought of them. His actions had literally made people travel back in time to stop him.

Of course, as it turned out the temporal criminal was instead one General Zodd. Still, Brainiac's terrifying rampage continued throughout the show. At his peak, he came within inches of ripping an entire city off a planet, to be stored away in his prized collection.
