7. Andy And April Steal Drugs

In a classic Leslie Knope mixup, in Season 5 the councilwoman returns from her honeymoon with presents for all her friends, only instead of getting Ann what she thinks is a sachet of fertility herbal tea, she's brought back a bag of drugs. Realising her mistake (after overlooking the fact that she picked up the package from some random guy in a parking lot), Leslie throws it in the trash.

Everyone is perplexed, and the audience is treated to a reaction shot of each character in the room. It only lasts a few seconds, but the camera cuts to April and Andy, with the former looking into the trash and then to her husband, who nods in agreement. Though it initially seems like a random cutaway, upon further inspection the shot is totally inferring that Andy and April went digging through the garbage once the coast was clear.

At least Leslie's present didn't go to waste after all.
