3. Dads

Although Dads has been tipped for cancellation since its pilot was met with derision last autumn, the announcement has worryingly yet to be made. Executive produced by Seth MacFarlane, the pilot was criticised for its racist depiction of an Asian schoolgirl played by Brenda Song, and since then it's gone on to feature a heavily accented Mexican housekeeper and over the top Italian mobsters. MacFarlane is unquestionably talented, but he must know that he's on to a loser with this one. Having said that, Fox chairman Kevin Reilly apparently believes that the scores of negative reviews criticising Dads for its offensive and juvenile humour prove that critics are in on the joke. Last month he announced that he'd heard from a few critics who've "quietly admitted that it's actually kind of funny", in the network executive equivalent of Clint Eastwood talking to an empty chair. It's not real, Mr. Reilly. Just cancel this show.
