12 TV Shows That Were Cancelled Way Too Soon

5. The Bryan Fuller Collection

If Joss Whedon is the prince of cancelled TV shows, then Bryan Fuller is the king. Probably not a crown he wants to wear, to be honest, but it is something that keeps happening.

Aside from the recent cancellation of Hannibal, there have been three other shows ended early that have left viewers perplexed by the decision.

The first, Dead Like Me, centred on a girl who dies and becomes a reaper, helping people find the afterlife. After that was Wonderfalls, about a gift shop clerk who talks to the figures around her, and then most notably Pushing Daisies, which won a number of awards in its two-season run focused on Ned, a pie-maker with the ability to bring things back from the dead with a single touch.

All of them had their fans, and were praised by critics, but it wasn€™t enough to save them from the axe when ratings started to fall.
