13 Worst TV Shows Of 2017

8. Wisdom Of The Crowd

Wisdom Of The Crowd
CBS

Wisdom of the Crowd fails to make the most of its ludicrous premise, resulting in an oddly bland drama serial, following a man (Jeremy Piven) who develops a crowd-sourcing app in an attempt to catch his daughter's murderer and solve other crimes.

It's a premise so fundamentally daft that the self-serious execution can't help but verge on accidental parody, while Jeremy Piven's typically high-energy work comes across more annoying than exciting here. Natalie Tena is fun if underused in an eye candy role, but that's about it.

Due to low ratings and the recent sexual harassment allegations leveled against Piven, CBS cancelled the show after nine episodes had aired. Shocking...
