Bernard Holley appeared in Doctor Who multiple times, and he did so opposite two different Doctors.

His debut on the show came in one of its greatest stories ever - the 1967 Second Doctor serial Tomb Of The Cybermen. Here, he played the unfortunate Peter Haydon, who is shot and killed at the end of episode one.

Holley's next Whoniverse outing was radically different, with him voicing the titular villain in the 1971 Third Doctor serial The Claws Of Axos. He also played an Axon man in this story, requiring him to don one of their creepy - and quite possibly uncomfortable - golden costumes.

Danny has been with WhatCulture for almost nine years, and is currently Doctor Who Editor and WhoCulture Channel Manager, overseeing all of WhatCulture's Whoniverse coverage. He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
