With the more intricate builds of a Prometheus or an Enterprise, it's also worth stopping and thinking about the bigger Lego Group picture. This list could easily be filled with 10 mega-builds, but there are so many other options from the Star Trek universe that could hit the shelves in the coming years.

While they wouldn't necessarily need to go down the line of micro ships, The Lego Group could still produce sets akin to the Ro Laren/Onizuka gift with purchase. Shuttles are a clear route, such as Quark's Treasure from Little Green Men or a reduced-size Galileo. A challenge here is that changing scales may upset fans of uniformity. 

Star Trek mini-figs will definitely be a big pull, as many fans would love to have an official line-up of the captains or their favourite crew. A Galileo should have room inside for a quartet of mini-figs such as Kirk, Spock, McCoy and Scotty. Discovery's Worker Bee or Landing Pod would be an excellent addition to the line and be in keeping with mini-fig scale at a mid-range price point.
