11. They Never Drink On Set

You could be forgiven for thinking that, given the amount of drinking that the gang does on any given episode, that a beer or two may be shared on the Sunny set but nothing could be further from the truth. During an AMA on Reddit last year, Glenn Howerton was asked how often the cast drink on set replying that :

'We NEVER drink on set. It's "bad for insurance" and we would NEVER want to put the show at risk.... NEVER!!!!!'.

While this may be something of a disappointment to some Sunny fans, it is reassuring to know that they are always putting the show first. It also makes their drunken performances (especially those by Kaitlin Olson) that much more memorable. Charlie Day confirmed the no-drinking policy on Jimmy Fallon recently but did mentioned that legendary drinker Wade Boggs (who guest stars in an upcoming episode) was drinking real alcohol during his scenes.
