Sure, the cult following and critical acclaim are nice and everything, but none of that really compares to the cold, hard awards that you can keep on your mantelpiece and show off to jealous family members. Sons Of Anarchy is not only one of the most popular shows in modern television history but one of the most decorated, too, having accumulated a host of accolades since it hit the big time. In 2011, Katey Sagal won a Golden Globe for her performance on the show, and netted a Prism Award in 2013. Sons of Anarchy was also named one of the Top Television Shows of 2013 by the ASCAP Film and Television Music Awards, and received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination in the category of Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music in 2009. The stunt cast received a SAG award nomination in 2013 for Outstanding Action Performance, too. The year before Paris Barclay was nominated for an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Direction in a Drama Series for the Season 4 Premiere, and in 2013 Rockmond Dunbar won the Image Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
