22 Best Things The Internet Has Done With Game Of Thrones
9. Westeros.Org
Okay, so this isn't a singing goat, nor is it a howling floppy disk, but one of the greatest triumphs of Thrones on the internet is westeros.org. It's an enormous pool of forums for fans to discuss everything about the books, and of course, the shows. The wiki world it contains is equally impressive, with articles based on every imaginable aspect of George R.R. Martin's universe. The site was set up by Elio M. GarcĂa and Linda Antonsson, who Martin was so impressed with he hired them to fact-check his books and worked alongside to compile The World Of Ice And Fire, a book to accompany the main series with settings, history and lore.
