Based on the book by Lily Koppel, the 10 episode series has been developed for ABC and will tell the real story of the wives of some of the biggest heroes of the space race. The cast includes Dexter alumnus Desmond Harrington, JoAnna Garcia Swisher, Odette Annable, Erin Cummings, Zoe Boyle, and Azure Parsons. The Selling Point: The human interest factor is through the roof, and the show boasts both a successful scripter in Gossip Girl's Stephanie Savage and a strong foundation from the best-selling book it's based on. The Concerns: The show was initially expected to premiere in July, but has now been pushed back to mid-season 201415 to facilitate changes, which hopefully are planned to add shine rather than overhauling dramatically.
