4. Time Crash (Children In Need, 2007)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4I76p1cZbq4 In 2007, the worlds of 'Classic' and 'New' Who collided when Peter Davison reprised his role as the Fifth Doctor for a specially written Children in Need mini-adventure, armed with his iconic stick of celery and all! From the masterful mind of Steven Moffat, the Tenth Doctor (David Tennant) had a blast from his own past when his previous incarnation materialised in the TARDIS. After all, two Doctors are always better than one... For fans of Peter, and Classic Series devotees in general, it was a heartwarming and nostalgic celebration of the show's mythology which opened up the doors to its far-reaching legacy for the younger viewers who had joined the Doctor in 2005. Once again, the Doctor Who segment proved to be a hit, with 9.6 million viewers. Children in Need took in £19,089,771 worth of donations that night, and we'd like to think that the two Doctors played a big part in its record-breaking total. Allons-y!
