3. How I Met Your Mother Season 6
Another Season 6 on the list. When I flip through the channels during bored afternoons and catch random episodes from the first few seasons of HIMYM, I fall in love with the show all over again. But there has just been something missing from the past few seasons of the show. HIMYM was tough to include on this list, because there hasnt really been a particular event that disappointed me so much to take away from my love of the show. There has just been a sort of stagnation of interest associated with the past few years, and I think Season 6 is when that began to happen. The Zoey Pierson story was a little frustrating. It seemed to last much too long, and I think everyone, including the rest of the gang, knew that it was never going to work out for Ted. The Barney/Robin story took much too long to get going during the season as well. But, like I said, it was tough to include HIMYM on this list. Some of my favorite moments in the show came during this season Marshalls reaction to his fathers death provided further evidence that Jason Segel is a very talented actor. The episodes when he is dealing with the death are some of the best television Ive seen in recent years.
