5 Ways Sherlock Has Proved To Be More Human In Season 3

3. The Drunk Scene In "A Sign Of Three"

While this doesn€™t have quite the sentimentality of the others, this one definitely showed us a different side of Sherlock. Lowered inhibitions or not, we saw a new Sherlock, one who couldn€™t deduce, was belligerent, and also was a lightweight. As a character who did drugs, I€™m a bit surprised he was so affected by alcohol, but we all have something we can€™t tolerate. This may not seem like much - just a funny scene. But it is so much more. The scene in Sherlock was important because it€™s the closest thing we€™ll seem him to being a €œnormal€ guy. Even though the belligerence we saw as out of the type of ash, it was still an attempted brawl outside a bar. Underneath everything Sherlock has, much to his dismay, there lies an average man just waiting to get drunk and come out and have a brawl. My money's on Sherlock - even drunk, he can probably kill someone multiple ways. Basically, we all got to see Sherlock as your average, every day drunk. And it was pretty hilarious, too.

I'm currently attending my local college while trying to figure out who I am. I love Doctor Who, Sherlock, really any BBC show. I've also been told I'm a bit of a nerd. Specifically, a theatre nerd.
