7 Guest Stars We'd Love To See Appear On Stranger Things

4. Bruce Campbell

Known to some for his multiple roles in the original Spider-Man trilogy, Bruce Campbell would be a great addition to Stranger Things thanks to his appearance in countless '80s flicks.

Campbell is, of course, known best to fans of the 1980s for his role in the Evil Dead film series, where he played the character of Ash Williams. That first Evil Dead offering centred on five friends travelling to a remote cabin in the woods where they play a tape of incantations. Unwittingly, this releases the demons that possess them in succession until only one is left fighting for survival.

A group of five friends, did you say? Sounds familiar.

It's been a while since we've seen Campbell on the big screen, as it seems he's quite happy working in the realm of TV - so one would imagine the chances of him wanting to be part of a hit show like Stranger Things are pretty good.

Adding further to Campbell suitability for Stranger Things, a poster for Sam Raimi's The Evil has be seen in multiple episodes of the show across several of the core characters' bedroom walls. Season 2 of Stranger Things even used an Evil Dead-inspired poster as part of its marketing material.
