7 Unusual Demands Made By Guest Stars On Bob's Burgers
1. Adam Driver Wanted A Light-hearted Comedy Role
You can't say no to Adam Driver. When the actor requested to be on the show, the creators had planned to have the Star Wars celeb in a much darker comedic role than the one he eventually received. In recent years, Driver has played some pretty major roles in movies such as Marriage Story, House of Gucci and some of the newer Star Wars films.
Wanting to stray from the dark comedy he is known for, Driver cameos in the episodes The Bleakening Part 1 and 2, as a singing nude model by the name of Art. Art the Artist is a weird character who is friends with Marshmallow and often features as the subject of many a nude artwork during art classes as Reflections.
Having an Academy Award-nominated star such as Driver on your show must be quite awe-inducing as the writers and directors gave him the role he wanted and he was able to try out the lighter side of comedy. Luckily he nailed the role and we all got to see a different side of this talented actor.
