8 Ways Brooklyn Nine-Nine Could End

Let's move from one sad ending to another. But, while closing down the entire precinct would be one way to end the show, there's another that would be equally sad but a little more optimistic/uplifting.

The truth is that raising children is not easy. It costs a lot of money, takes a lot of patience and forces you to juggle your career with your home life. While it's easy to see Jake and Amy nailing this - as they're exceptional detectives and loving people - it's still tough to think of them living in the city with little Mac when they could go somewhere nicer.

Terry has already proven that it's challenging to live the double life of a parent and a cop, but he has the luxury of having a big house and his wife Sharon, who stays at home with the youngsters, which Jake and Amy don't. So, it wouldn't be surprising if they decided to move away from the city, leaving the precinct and moving somewhere calmer.

This ending would be reminiscent of the Friends finale, which saw Monica and Chandler make a similar decision. Still, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
