You'd think that even the most devoted of Doctor Who fans would be able to accept that the majority of the events in their beloved science fiction programme are somewhat unquestionable, but not even that is a suggestion that goes down well within certain circles of the Whovian community. As mentioned, the Doctor Who fans are a dedicated bunch, and in some cases that dedication goes as far as defending its timey-wimey and Earth-defying plots against all the naysayers who insist the programme is "fictitious". Whatever that means! Of course, everything is relative in terms of the Doctor Who universe, and it's true that most of its storylines - no matter how ludicrous - are given some sort of plausible explanation which runs concurrent with the scientific facts and findings of the "real world". So you're saying that Time Lords don't exit and that it's completely unfathomable that an alien with two hearts is defending the Earth from its extra terrestrial threats from the safety of a blue police box that's bigger on the inside? Well, that's just plain silly.
