Everybody loves Tyrion, right? Wrong. Tyrion is extremely overrated and just as questionable as his taller brother. Perhaps even more so. Tyrion has murdered, bedded whores, killed his father and married a child. Yet still the masses love him. Quite why we dont understand. Yes, Peter Dinklage is a brilliant actor, but Tyrion as a character should be somebody we hate, rather than someone we love. We do love to watch Tyrion, but its about time his role in the show was reduced somewhat. There are other characters that are equally, if not more, compelling to watch. In a show full of actors worthy of an Emmy, Peter is just one of dozens of stunning actors. When last we sat Tyrion he was heading for Essos with Varys at his side following the brutal murder of Shae and Tywin. Tyrion deserves to die simply for taking the brilliant Charles Dance away from us. But hell likely survive until the end of the show and the novels. Imagine the fan revolt if he was ever offed. Tyrion deserves to meet a gruesome death befitting someone who is guilty of kin slaying. He should be burned with wildfire, similarly to how he ignited the bay of Blackwater, and left to wallow in self-pity as the green flames melt the skin from his body. Can you tell weve thought long and hard about this?
