9 Reasons Sheldon Cooper Is The Worst Character On TV

4. He Treats Leonard Even Worse

Sheldon Cooper
CBS

Leonard Hofstadter is a poor soul. He's a shy, misunderstood little 'homunculus' and while he does comes across as whiney most of the time, can you really blame him, given all he has to put up with?

First off, his mother treats him terribly, and then there's his loveless relationship with Penny. Surely more than a few people have noticed that there's never a time without the long-running, on-off 'power-couple' being at each other's throats?

But Sheldon's treatment of Leonard is by far the worst. He uses Leonard like an extension of his own body, demanding him to drive places and guilting him into a whole manner of decisions. Sheldon shows no remorse when it comes to befriending Leonard's mother, and he probably enjoys a more loving bond with Penny than Leonard. Hofstadter is a prisoner in his own home.
