Along with the main cast returning, there are plenty of characters from season 1 making an appearance or two - at least in the first couple of episodes. Patton Oswalt is set to return as Agent Billy Koenig, the brother (clone? Life Model Decoy?) of Eric, the Agent Ward murdered in season 1. We'll also be seeing more of Adrian Pasdar as Glenn Talbot, the general who tried to put a stop to Coulson's activities in season 1. But possibly the most exciting addition to the cast of season 2's first episode (and maybe more) is Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter and the Howling Commandos from Captain America: The First Avenger. We'll get onto what exactly that means for the show in a little while, but for now just let that notion sink in...
