1. Final Showdown
Arrow really pulls it off in the season finales, and season 2 is the best of the three we've had so far. Right at the centre of it is the final face-off between Oliver and Slade, the culmination of months of build-up and torment, and it did not disappoint. Oliver, conflicted with whether or not he should kill Slade, goes to meet him when the latter reveals he has Felicity. However, that's when the whole 'I love you' ruse is revealed, and Ms. Smoak injects him with the mirakuru cure, before the ensuing fight between the two former friends. It was brilliantly done, one of the show's best fight sequences, and all the better because it was intercut with the two duo having their fight first in a flashback sequence. It was frenetic, brutal, and completely epic. It was basically everything Arrow at its best is, and this was certainly the case here.
