7. Crazy Thea
Theas character has always felt pretty uneven so even if her tutelage under Malcolm was rushed, it was still nice to have her as a capable fighting member of Team Arrow. That was, until she went into the Lazarus Pit and emerged and blood-thirsty killer. Her transformation into what is basically a vampire that needs to feed every few weeks hasnt exactly been a welcome development. In fact, short of adding some intensity to her fighting theres not really any positives to constantly seeing Willa Holland randomly act like a crazy person. It would be far more interesting to see Thea adopt Malcolms methods of killing criminals by choice as opposed to being forced into it. Theres a compelling arc there where she wants to be the hero Oliver is but sees the practicality of Malcolms teachings. Instead, the show is having its cake and eating it too, trying to make Thea a killer without actually having her want to be one. They did this last year when Malcolm brainwashed her into killing Sara and re-treading this same plotline with a slight variation isnt helping.
