Damien Darhk and H.I.V.E have both been mooted already as being the big bads for season 4, and at this point it seems a near certainty that at least part of the season will be dedicated to them. H.I.V.E is the criminal organisation responsible for hiring Floyd Lawton, aka Deadshot, to kill John Diggles brother Andrew. They were also who Mark Shaw was working for when he attempted to steal A.R.G.U.S files in Corto Maltese. A lot of Diggles story is set to be tied up with H.I.V.E next year, but they will also likely tie into the major villain, Damien Darhk. As we learn from Ras al Ghul, Darhk was a member of the League of Assassins, tipped to be Demons Head before Ras was chosen, and who left the League along with waters from the Lazarus Pit and a loyal band of followers. Hes referenced in the season finale, well-placed to be the biggest threat to Oliver in the fourth season of the show, and is also rumoured to be Felicitys father.
