2. Shirley - Wiedersehen (S4E9)
In Season 4, Jimmy becomes set on getting his hands on the blueprints for the Mesa Verde Lubbock branch. Although he could steal the plans, he doesn't because... that would be boring. Instead, he nabs the documents by doing what he does best - scheming. In the episode, Wiedersehen, Jimmy has Kim enter the Department of Building Safety to speak to the clerk, Shirley. Kim asks Shirley to see the blueprints since she believes her copy is out of date.
While Shirley is distracted, Jimmy comes in and places a bottle of dripping milk on Kim's blueprints, ruining them. Believing Kim will get in trouble with her work colleagues, Shirley lets her take the official blueprints.
Even though we've seen a lot of scams like this throughout Better Call Saul, this is the first time Jimmy pulled a fast one on someone who didn't deserve it. Shirley acts so proud when she offers the blueprints, unaware Kim was the one who put that idea in her head. Although this scheme didn't get Shirley in trouble, you still feel bad since Jimmy and Kim took advantage of her good nature to get what they wanted.
