Better Call Saul: 8 Questions Season 6 MUST Answer

2. Where Is Kim Wexler In Breaking Bad?

Definitely the second biggest question to be asked of Better Call Saul is, where she is during the events of Breaking Bad? Dead? In prison? The only people that currently know the answer to that question is Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould's writing team.

So, when looking at her brilliant transformation from an ethical and honest lawyer to a scheming, cunning creature that might just be as good as Saul is at manipulation, we do have more options.

The initial thoughts on Kim in the first couple of seasons was that she must be dead in order to facilitate Jimmy's slide into Saul Goodman. That is no longer the case and Kim has become arguably the most tragic character in the show because of her corruption by Jimmy. The theory that she was always alive during Breaking Bad and running Ice Station Zebra Associates becomes more and more likely by the episode, however, if we're honest Kim has a number of outcomes that are all as likely as the last.

Plus, her future may be tied up with Gene's, Saul's future as the manager of a Cinnabon may not just be about his future but hers also, making her unique in Better Call Saul's litany of characters.

So, wherever it is that we tip our hat to Kim Wexler for the last time, you just can predict it before it happens.
