8. Season 3 Episode 10: Howard's Shoes

This is an excellent scene because it contrasts the relationships and concerns of the men and the women in the group; Penny and Bernadette annoy Sheldon by talking about shoes so he grouchily gets at Howard with his own shoe question €“ "Howard, your shoes are delightful. Where did you get them? Bazinga, I don't care." The question seems to come out of nowhere, which makes it more delightful. Howard and Penny's exasperated and annoyed glances at Sheldon are a nice touch too, as they're undoubtedly sick of his "jokes". However, it is nice to see that something so simple as this "joke" could cheer Sheldon up €“ a few moments ago he was scowling at the girls talk, and then at Bernadette being interested in Leonard's work (because Sheldon's work is always better than Leonard's, we all know that!) but his "bazingas" always seem to put him back on track.
