6. Season 3 Episode 3: The Cheesecake Waitress
This one can be found at 0:20 in the above video. Here, Sheldon sends a massive burn Penny's way; he and Leonard are mind-numbingly bored as they wait for her to get off the phone so they can watch TV and, as always, Leonard's a lot more patient than Sheldon. It's a bit harsh to devalue waitresses in this way, but Jim Parsons' comic timing is, as usual, spot on. The phone call probably isn't even about the Cheesecake Factory, or at least not for long, so Sheldon clearly had that dig stored up and ready to go; it's also likely that Penny's waitress guise is the main lens through which he sees her, as that's her most practical and obvious purpose (as opposed to sitting in his spot on the sofa and generally annoying him). Out of every one on the list, this is the one "bazinga" that most definitely isn't followed by an exclamation mark but can instead only be delivered in a flat, passive aggressive manner.
