Some of the visual language in the series includes that of the sacred animals of specific gods. The most prominent of these displayed are that of Zeus and Hera, with Zeus's eagle a major symbol of his in antiquity and one of his transformations both in myth and in the show.

Hera's association with crows is featured prominently in contrast with Zeus's eagle, but more subtle is her affinity for peacocks shown in her colour scheme, as well as the purple feathers in her helm. The helm itself is shaped so distinctly that it's likely representative of one of her most well-known sacred animals - the cow.

Apart from animals, another of the distinct visuals are the weapons. Zeus bears his "one pronged" lightning bolts, while Seraphim takes Hades's lesser known two-pronged bident from the body of a giant. The most iconic, of course, has to be Poseidon's three-pronged trident, which he uses while commanding the seas.

Less noticeable, but still fun to spot, are certain other weapons from gods like Apollo, with the bow he gifts to Heron, or the goddess Hestia's hearth-flame or Dionysus's poison.
