20 TV Shows That Were Cancelled In 2025
1. No Good Deed
No Good Deed is a black comedy series which streamed on Netflix in December 2024 and starred Lisa Kudrow and Ray Romano as the owners of a house which three families are fighting to buy.
It wasn't great but it was a solidly entertaining time, and though the first season's ending more-or-less tied off the ongoing story, series creator Liz Feldman was reportedly interested in an anthology format for subsequent seasons.
However, this was ultimately scuppered back in July when Netflix announced that No Good Deed had been put on "indefinite pause" - effectively a polite way of saying that the show has been cancelled.
While it's theoretically possible that No Good Deed could return for a second season, given the good-but-not-great viewership, the riskiness of the anthology format, and the fact that Netflix took four months to say anything about its fate, it's far more likely that it remains paused forevermore.
