2. Britta - Gryffindor
Since "being the worst" isn't a value of any of the four houses, none of them immediately scream "Britta." However, she best fits in Gryffindor.
Britta oozes passion, which Gryffindors tend to have in spades. She would be right with Hermione on SPEW, her House Elf liberation program.
Britta also loves making big and bold statements, such as when she held a massive silent protest for the murders in Guatemala, or when she publicly declared her love for Jeff at the end of Season 1. Both of those acts required a lot of bravery, which Britta also showcased when she ran away from home in her teens.
If Britta were in Gryffindor, she might cost them hundreds of House points for breaking the rules in the name of her protests - which is exactly why she'd be a great Gryffindor.
