Daredevil Season 2: 10 Marvel Heroes Who Must Cameo

1. Elektra

There is perhaps no other character as closely associated with Daredevil as his sometimes-lover/sometimes nemesis. In fact, it's surprising Elektra Natchios didn't make her debut in the first season. She's battled with and against the blind hero, and has served as a leader of The Hand and a member of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Thunderbolts. There's a brief reference to her in a season one episode when Foggy Nelson refers to "the Greek girl" from Murdock's past, and one would have to think that someone so closely tied to Daredevil's mythos would have to show up at some point. The problem with introducing Elektra will be eradicating the bad taste left in the mouths of fans after the character's horrible portrayal on the big screen. Jennifer Garner was far too sweet and girl next doorish to effectively bring Elektra to life, and the material was pretty atrocious. If Marvel can overcome that obstacle, there's no reason we won't see Elektra pop up in season two, possibly even as a recurring character. Anyone else you'd like to see cameo in future episodes of the Netflix hit? Let us know in the comments.
