The CW’s Arrow and The Flash have returned for their fifth and third seasons, respectively, and Melissa Benoist’s Supergirl has landed on the network for her second season. And now, here comes Rip Hunter’s Legends back for more time-travelling shenanigans.

Season 1 of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow was certainly a mixed bag, but many fans of The CW’s DC world are hopeful that the show can learn from its initial teething problems and deliver something special with its second season. After all, this is a new season that promised the arrival of the famed Justice Society of America and the supervillain supergroup known as the Legion of Doom.

So with that said, let’s have a look at the Ups and Downs of Legends’ second season premiere, Out of Time.
