Perhaps an odd and fairly inconsequential pick, but definitely one which deserves pointing out nonetheless. So Rattigan creates a school on the behalf of the Sontarans in order to develop people for the new world. Rattigan chooses some of the smartest people he can find across all fields of science, history and maths. Then dresses them in matching bright orange tracksuits. This is a brilliant stupid choice by the man who himself spends his time casually dressed in a regular jeans and t-shirt combination. So his first step in designing the face of his school is to custom order thirty bright orange hoodies and jogging bottoms. Way to make them feel like they hit the jackpot by surviving.
