Appears in: Doctor Who: Flux.
We saw how Time Force particles were equally as devastating as the fearsome Flux. But unlike the apocalyptic antimatter that ripped through the universe, Time is an actual evil entity. They took the form of Swarm and disintegrated the Ravagers for their "failure" to release them from Atropos. Clearly a very tough boss to please.
Time then appeared as the Doctor, who actually came across as more threatening in this guise than Swarm, and by extension gave us a welcoming glimpse of Jodie Whittaker's range as an actor. It's a shame we didn't see those darker hues with her incarnation.
