5. Why Didn€™t The Time Lords Just Use The Heart Of The TARDIS?

Once upon a time, Rose Tyler absorbed the heart of the TARDIS to help the Doctor. With its overwhelming power, she became time itself; able to see all throughout time and space simultaneously, erase entire races from existence with a thought, and other god-like powers. Which begs the question - why didn€™t the Time Lords just use thousands of those Heart of the TARDISes to get rid of those pesky Daleks during the time war? Remember; that heart of the TARDIS Rose absorbed came from an unreliable TARDIS model that is still always in danger of breaking down and was described as already a museum piece the time the Doctor stole it. So it stands to reason that the heart from other more advanced TARDISes were even more powerful, or at least, just as much. That was millions of untapped power right there just hanging out in the moment they were more in danger than ever before. During the time war and even before then, they were already power-hungry beings who would do anything to be gods, and they did not do the most obvious thing in the world? In fact; them, being the most power- hungry bastards in the universe was the main reason the Doctor had to destroy Galifrey. Either the Time Lords are idiots or wildly out of character would not even begin to describe it.
