Bart has never really had much luck with love, as was shown in full during the 21st season episode, Stealing First Base.
The episode sees Bart fall off the roof of Springfield Elementary School, resulting in him requiring CPR. Who provides the CPR, though? Of course, it just had to be Nikki, the girl he had a massive crush on.
As she's providing the CPR, Bart begins to essentially hallucinate/daydream, whichever way you want to look at it, with a montage of various movie kisses being shown; Lady And The Tramp, Beauty And The Beast, The Godfather: Part II, and WALL-E are just some of the films on show, as well as, obviously, a Star Trek movie. JJ Abrams' Star Trek, to be exact, where Uhura kissed Spock.
It leads, as expected, to Bart and Nikki sharing a peck on the lips, after which Nikki begins treating Bart like she fully despises him.
