Every Star Trek Reference, Easter Eggs & Jokes In The Simpsons

Known for its over two-minute opening sequences and couch gag - one of the longest in Simpsons history - Homerazzi begins with Homer accidentally causing a house fire after his party hat caught fire from his birthday cake candles that weren't completely blown out.

Upon Marge restaging several family photos, however, we see a recreation of their series finale party for Star Trek: Voyager. Here, Lenny is dressed as Seven of Nine, and Dr. Hibbert is dressed as Tuvok. Everyone else (Marge, Homer, Barney, Carl, and Ned) are dressed in their normal clothes, for whatever reason.

Carl and Homer clearly can't handle the pressure of watching the final Voyager episode, though, with Carl beginning to cry at one stage, and Homer wailing out "Oh, Captain Janeway! Your mission ended too soon! Too soon!"
