31. Is That Finnegan In Catholic Heaven?
The Father, The Son, and The Holy Guest Star was The Simpsons' 21st episode in season sixteen, and featured an Irish brawl in what was dubbed 'Catholic Heaven'.
This came after Marge imagined herself in Heaven, initially in Protestant Heaven before she sees Bart and Homer entertaining everyone in Catholic Heaven. Here, there are Mexicans dancing, Italians making out, and, as any show's stereotypes will show you, the Irish are drinking beer and fighting.
If you listen closely during this fight, however, you'll notice that the background music used is Finnegan's theme from Star Trek: The Original Series. Composed by Gerald Fried, the song is called Shore Leave.
