Though many characters have already been confirmed, there are still several actors and actresses set to appear, but without being attached to any particular character as of yet.

One such actress is Miki Ishikawa, most notable for her role in The Terror. Fans have scoured the source material and now believe that she will be bringing to life a character that would seemingly support the theory that Zemo is setting up the Thunderbolts.

Hallie Takahama suffered the same fate many Marvel heroes in the past, seeing both of her parents killed by Sentinels. She was captured and experimented on by Arnim Zola, which ultimately gave her a heightened electrical field that allowed her to turn any energy into physical strength, and gave the ability to shock anyone she pleased.

She eventually joined the Thunderbolts as Jolt, before convincing the majority of the team to take the heroic route rather than remaining villains. She is a natural fit for this extension of the Captain America story, and would make for an interesting addition to Helmut Zemo's team.
