In the season 8 episode 'Quagmire's Baby', Stewie devises a plan to clone himself because he is lazy and needs someone to wash his back and attend parties in his place, and creates 'Bitch-Stewie', a mentally challenged version of himself. Brian then wants a clone, too, and 'Bitch-Brian' is made, but both are horribly disfigured and horrendously stupid and soon die. Stewie still presumably has Brian's DNA sample however when he first cloned him, and could therefore hypothetically attempt to clone his best pal once more, after perfecting the cloning process in a way that the duplicate can survive and live a healthier life than the original 'Bitch-Brian' version.
