Littlefinger falls into a very similar category as Tywin Lannister, though he comes without the world renowned surname. He just loves starting wars, there are no two ways about it. Petyr Baelish knows how to light a match and pass it down through an untraceable number of carriers, before the final one throws it onto an ocean of fuel. The Starks and Lannisters were two proud houses from vastly different backdrops turned against each other in large part down to Baelish. Now the Starks are all but gone, the Lannisters are in power but dropping like flies, while Littlefinger holds the fortress of Harrenhal, title of Lord Paramount of the Trident, and he's the Protector of the Vale for good measure. This is Baelish's world, they're all just living in it, and the blood on his hands just keeps getting thicker.
