7. Tyrek Lannister
Youd be forgiven for completely forgetting Tyrek Lannister, given his similarities in both appearance and role to his cousin Lancel, who would later play a significant part in Cerseis storyline. Like his cousin, Tyrek (the son of Tygett Lannister, Lord Tywins third brother) squired for King Robert Baratheon, but disappeared during the Riot Of Kings Landing shortly after being wed to an infant, Ermesande Hayford. Despite an extensive search by the City Watch, Tyrek was never found, alive or dead, which led to Jaime Lannister developing private suspicions about whether Varys engineered his disappearance. It wouldnt be out of character for the eunuch, who would certainly benefit from the information held by somebody in the Lannister circle, particularly as the last chapter of A Dance With Dragons revealed that he has remained in Kings Landing after his own supposed disappearance. On the topic of missing Lannisters, a fourth brother of Lord Tywin, Gerion, disappeared on a journey to the Ruins of Valyria. Given that he was Tyrions favourite uncle, some form of reunion isnt completely out of the question now that he also finds himself in Essos.
