Game Of Thrones Season 5: 10 Spoilerific Scenes We Can’t Wait To See
7. The Welcoming Of The Wildlings
The most enticing part of Jons story of course happens right at the end of A Dance with Dragons so that probably wont occur this season. Itll make a tantalising parting shot for season six however. So what exactly will season five entail for everybodys favourite perpetual brood? After Stannis reaches the Wall Jon is named the Lord Commander of the Nights Watch, something which he isnt all that happy about initially, but its something that probably every viewer expected to happen eventually, so this is what many will want to see. As Commander Jon makes many decisions - some good, some bad, some downright questionable. Perhaps his most defining decision is to welcome the Wildlings to the Wall, something which doesn't sit too well with his fellow brothers which, of course, leads to the aforementioned pinnacle of Jons story thus far. In season five Jon will become the Commander and many fights will break out amongst his brother, but most exciting of all Stannis will finally be putting his foot down and actually doing something. His arrival at the Wall certainly ruffles many feathers, as does Melisandres nefarious ways. Season five will likely define Jon as a formidable Commander out of his depth. After all, he stupidly makes the decision to go beyond the wall to save the straggling Wildlings whilst the Nights Watchs resources are already dwindling.
