Game Of Thrones Season 5: 10 Spoilerific Scenes We Can’t Wait To See

6. Arya's New Face And The Possible Return Of Jaqen H'ghar

Journeying to Braavos Arya is initiated into the House of the Black and White and in turn becomes a Faceless One. She spends a lot of time being indoctrinated into their guild by discarding her possessions and identity and learning three new truths daily to bequeath to the kindly old man. Later she earns a new face and becomes an assassin, which will likely act as the parting shot for Arya in season five. A teaser chapter for The Winds of Winter gives Arya the identity of Mercy, so expect many more faces to take over Arya in the later seasons. Either way it's going to make some chilling scenes and viewers will see the full extent of Arya€™s desperation to lose herself. Whilst always a Stark, Arya wants to become invisible after the horrors that have befallen her family, and in Braavos her wish is granted. Aside from Arya€™s new face fans also want to see Jaqen H€™ghar return. Though unconfirmed, Jaqen is thought to appear briefly in A Feast for Crows in which he kills Pate and welcomes Samwell to the citadel of Oldtown. With Tom Wlaschiha (the original actor to take the role of Jaqen) confirmed as a starring character in season five expect his role to be much expanded. Perhaps he could take on the guise of the kindly old man - Arya is certainly going to need some friends in her new home, and the pairing of Arya and Jaqen was entertaining initially.
