For an episode entitled The House Of Black And White, there really wasn't a lot of The House Of Black And White involved. As mentioned, Arya's storyline was sluggish to start, with the tedious silence and mystery not really offering a lot of excitement, though that has since developed into something very intriguing. Jon is given the Lord Commander post by a single Aemon vote, and he already looked to adopt the part well, while the cracks developed in Meereen, and for the first time, Daenerys' unquestioned power was knocked as she publicly executed a former slave who killed one of the Sons Of The Harpy members, despite being under orders to leave him alive for questioning. Best Moment: After a rough day at work for Daenerys, she took great comfort in seeing the return of Drogon, and it was fantastic to see the creature seemingly tamed and sharing a tender moment with Daenerys before cruising off into the distance.
