4. Azor Ahai Reborn
Melisandre was so interested in Stannis because she believed that he was Azor Ahai reborn, the second coming of a legendary figure who would save the land from the army of darkness (aka the Others). However, when she's spending time at the Wall, all she sees when looking in the fire for visions is 'Snow'. By the end, the Red Priestess has abandoned The Mannis, and arrives back at Castle Black just in time to be there for Jon's resurrection. If the whole Azor Ahai prophecy does come to pass, then this is its moment. Jon is one of the strongest contenders, and if he's (re)born amidst smoke and salt, say from his funeral pyre, then it only furthers that. If Jon burns, then he's either going to reappear wielding Lightbringer, or it might be time to stop talking about who will be Azor Ahai reborn, even if there are other characters it could be.
